NEST: A WINTER RETREAT

Sunday, December 7th, 11-4pm
Investment: $222
Click HERE to reserve your spot.

An intimate, one-of-a-kind gathering designed to honor the medicine of winter.

Winter asks us to slow down, to soften, to tend to the inner world. Nest is a special and deeply nourishing retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of rest and renewal.

In this cozy, heart-centered space, we’ll explore what it means to truly embrace the season rather than resist it — through movement, stillness, journaling, somatic exploration, and delicious seasonal nourishment. This day is a sanctuary from the rush of the holidays — a place to exhale, reflect, and restore – to understand and deepen your relationship with yourself and winter.

All Gender Identities welcome.

What to Expect

  • Nesting: Sensory experiences to deepen connection with self-nurturing.
  • Somatic & Restorative Practices: Gentle movement, guided body awareness, winter posture embodiment and deep nervous system soothing.
  • Human Design Insights: Learn what your unique design reveals about your energy type and your personal needs for rest and energy this season.
  • Journaling & Creative Reflection: Guided prompts and meditative activities to support intention setting, emotional grounding and clarity.
  • Nourishing Seasonal Meals: Beautifully catered, warming foods designed to delight, comfort and restore.
  • Community & Connection: A shared circle for reflection, tenderness, and inner renewal.
  • Take Home Winter Care Kit: A curated collection of tools and treats to support your winter season.

Guided by Christina Conrad, Somatic Psychotherapist and Founder of Palo Santo Therapy, attendees will be guided into deeper understanding of the neurobiology of winter, including parts work, somatic holding patterns, and practical biological needs, through discussion, sensory experiences and somatic movement.

Through the lens of Human Design, Katy Humphrey, Human Design Coach will guide attendees in exploring their unique energetic blueprint and what “rest” truly means for their energy type. Together, we will reimagine winter as a sacred season for recalibration…where slowing down becomes not a luxury, but a design.

Catered with care by House of Hosting by Ashley Beck, every nourishment detail, from a warm cup of chai upon arrival to a comforting (and allergy sensitive) meal shared around the table, is designed to nurture body, mind and soul.

KETAMINE THERAPY RETREAT
for healers and helpers

Ketamine experiences have been shown to support healing in powerful ways, easing depression, anxiety, and burnout, and opening doors to insight and renewal. Our hope is simply to offer a safe, supported space for that kind of inner shift, through preparation and integration sessions, somatic movement and embodiment exercises, Ketamine education and process, and 2 intramuscular experiences.
